50 ml Bacardí Caribbean Spiced

50 ml pineapple juice

25 ml cream of coconut

5 ml cinnamon syrup

2 pineapple leaves

Coconut shavings

A sprinkle of cinnamon to garnish

1. Add the Bacardí Caribbean Spiced, Pineapple Juice, cream of coconut and cinnamon syrup into a shaker.

2. Shake vigorously and then strain into a tall glass topped with ice.

3.Garnish with the pineapple leaves, coconut shavings and a sprinkle of cinnamon, then serve.

50 ml Bacardí Caribbean Spiced

100 ml Coca Cola

1. Fill highball glass with cubed ice.

2. Pour in the Bacardí Caribbean Spiced.

3. Add the chilled cola.

4. Give it a gentle stir, no garnish required.

60 ml Bacardí Caribbean Spiced

20 ml Lime Juice

20 ml Monin Coconut Syrup

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

2. Strain into a chilled coupette glass.
